Complete accommodation in the countryside

I will be happy to host you in my gîte "Les abeilles des fonds de Brian" in the middle of nature, in the forest, between the horse parks and other four-legged or two-legged friends. Completely private, this accommodation for 4 people has several rooms, a dining room/kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms (1 bed 190 x 140 and 1 bed 200 x 160, bed sheets provided), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a private terrace of 30 m² as well as an Internet connection. The space The apartment at your disposal includes: - A 30 m2 terrace enclosed by a gate. It is equipped with a gas plancha, table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. The apartment is non-smoking but the terrace is equipped with ashtrays. - Two bedrooms: * One 10 m2 with wall closet and 190 x 140 bed * One 14 m2 with direct access to the terrace through a large bay window, wall closet and 200 x 160 bed. A crib and high chair are available. - A private bathroom with all the necessary comforts (1 towel per person provided). - A separate toilet - An open plan dining/kitchen area for more conviviality (30 m2) with access to the terrace. The integrated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker with washable filter, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all necessary dishes. The entire apartment is also equipped with air conditioning remotely controlled by the host. The programmed temperatures are 25°C in summer and 20°C in winter. The accommodation is equipped with a TV and internet connection. Fitted sheets, duvet cover, duvet, pillowcases and pillows will be provided. A laundromat is 10 minutes away in the parking lot of the Intermarché de Loriol. For my part, I live in the extension of the main building next to the apartment where you will be accommodated in privacy. The outdoor spaces of the house are shared with me and you can enjoy the garden in which I have installed, between the trees and flower beds, some loungers, tables and chairs. Guest access Check-in on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.) For Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, you may need to check in independently. Your host will come to greet you around 6:30 p.m. (before he works). Feel free to ask him for more information when you book. Check-out time is before 10 a.m. Direct access in 10-15 minutes from the Loriol exit on the A7. Other things to note To preserve the tranquility of the premises, noisy parties are not allowed in the apartment or in the outdoor grounds. Nearby, bike rides and hikes with direct departures from the cottage, visit the hilltop villages of Drôme such as Mirmande, Cliousclat and Crest famous for its Tower. 5 km away is Lake Grane. A preserved place where it's good to walk by the water. Further afield you will find the Vercors, the Barronnies, the Château de Grignan and the Gorges de l'Ardèche. A parking space will be allocated to you (video surveillance of the entrance gate to the property). If you are on a motorcycle, a garage will be available to you and your bikes will find shelter in a closed room. To eat local, you can discover a farm sale 2 km away (fruits, vegetables, deli...) Amateur beekeeper and engineer, working in the community, if you're interested I can introduce you to the world of beekeeping. But don't panic, the hives are far enough away from the house that they won't bother you. No pets allowed.
