For water enthusiasts, a public jetty and boat ramp at Bohnock, less than 1km away, provide convenient access for your aquatic adventures. The property offers two open-plan living areas, each equipped with TVs connected to Chrome Cast for your entertainment needs. Additionally, you can enjoy seamless NBN Wi-Fi access throughout the entire property. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for your convenience, including a coffee machine, electric cooktop, oven, and a spacious fridge. You'll find all the standard dining essentials provided, with enough place settings for up to six guests. Outside, a mudroom serves as a convenient space to store outdoor gear. For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with both heating and cooling options. You can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a wood fireplace, perfect for cozying up during cooler months. Other things to note * We, unfortunately, do not permit pets due to unfenced areas and a strict no-indoor-animal policy. * Outdoor fires are not allowed due to local fire safety regulations as permits are required. * Please be aware of potential wildlife encounters such as insects, mosquitoes, frogs, spiders that may enter the property if doors are left open. * Please NO EVENTS on the property as this is a working cattle farm.
