Courtyard Cottage

Nestled within the mountains of Eryri national park is the village of Capel Curig and with it Courtyard Cottage. A traditional stone house that’s perfectly suited to those who enjoy a slightly slower pace. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while warming up by the log burner or perhaps a short walk, bus or drive to any number of local restaurants and pubs. In the morning enjoy breakfast on your raised terrace, taking in the world famous view of Yr Wyddfa horseshoe, weather permitting of course The space A recently renovated one bedroom cottage with ample space for two and private off street parking. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Cosy up on a leather sofa with the log burner warming the living room, the ground floor is quarry tiled throughout and has large windows for natural light. Stairs lead up from the living room to the mezzanine bedroom serviced by an on-suite shower and toilet facilities. The bedroom has a double bed, clothes storage and a full length mirror and glimpses of the mountains through the window, sometimes you may be lucky to see the buzzards circling above or hear the sound of the cuckoo’s in early summer. Outdoors is your own walled courtyard with steps leading to a platform with seated terrace that has one of the finest views in the county. •Bike storage •We ask please that pets do not go upstairs •Smart TV with Free-sat •Log burner •Private parking The cottage is attached to our home but has its own entry and outside seating area. Guest access Guest have their own private parking, courtyard and raised terrace that takes in the world class view of the Snowdon horseshoe. The rest of our garden is for our family and dog but have never begrudged polite requests from guests who want to wonder and take photos of the Daffodils in bloom.
