Our large, comfortable & stylish space is close to everything, both public transit (Bart or Bus) and the freeway. Only 15 minutes to downtown SF, 5 minutes to downtown Oakland or 10 to Berkley. When not exploring the beautiful Bay, you can make yourself at home in our freshly remodeled unit w/ luxurious king sized bed, full high-end kitchen with everything you need to whip up a feast and kick back and relax in the spacious living room or lounge outside by the firepit with your fur babies. The space This newly remodeled unit is the bottom level of our duplex. My husband & I live on the top unit and are happy to assist with your needs but will give you all the privacy you need. Our home is very well insulated so noise will rarely travel! Guest access You have your own, private entrance at the side of the house, Your apartment is below our living quarters so we are in the same building. The backyard is available for use and is accessible from your back door. There is plenty of street parking on our street, just remember to check the signs for street cleaning days, which are Friday at noon on our side of the street and Thursday at noon across the street.
