4 Bedroom Gilford Chalet! 5 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee, 5 minutes to Gunstock Mt, short drive to Bank of NH Pavilion. The perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends. Multiple sitting areas, spacious front porch, grill, fire pit, basketball net, multiple hammocks, etc. PARTIES ARE NOT permitted. This is great spot to be enjoyed by us and our guests but respect for our neighbors is a MUST and we ask all guests to keep outside volume to a minimum. The space Main living space includes kitchen and living room on first floor. Full bath also on first floor. Back of the house, first floor includes a bedroom with queen bed, second living room and sunroom (not heated in the winter months). Upstairs includes a bedroom with queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (and trundle twin beds), and a third room with three twin beds (with twin trundle beds). There is also a bathroom on the second floor with a small stand up shower. Outdoor space includes the front and backyard and front porch. Please note: the front porch may not be accessible during the winter months pending snowfall in the area. Other things to note May not be ideal for small children due to the open stairs in the living-room and deck area. Heating - there are three heating units on the first floor, the pellet stove is highly efficient and heats the entire home (please see the guidebook for how to operate correctly or msg us with questions. There are also two units on the first floor (main living space and back bedroom that can be set to add additional heating). Cooling - there is a split AC unit on the first floor in the main living space. No AC units upstairs but if the windows are closed, the cool air circulates to the bedrooms. Fans are also provided for each bedroom.
