Comfortable and pleasant family home located minutes from the beach. A large living space welcomes you with direct access to the private garden, not overlooked, with a charming terrace conducive to relaxation. The rest area consists of 3 bedrooms allowing 7 beds plus a folding baby cot. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are at your disposal. Dogs are welcome. A gas station and gym are a 1-minute drive from the house. A supermarket is located in Ouistréham, a 5-minute drive. A leisure park (skate park, city park, tennis court, swing, etc.) is accessible to all without reservation and is a 5-minute walk from the house. From this leisure park, you can access the Bois du Caprice for your walks or bike rides. This wood joins Colleville Montgomery Beach through the marshes. Guest access Booking possible per night from September to April. Minimum 2-night booking from May to August. An electric car charging station is available across the street facing the house.
