Located a few steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore you can enjoy a newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with all comforts you may need. The space The apartment has a large bedroom; the double bed measuring 160x190 cm with topper offers the maximum possible comfort. Two pairs of pillows, of different softness, bedspreads and duvets of different consistencies, complete the kit offered. The bathroom has a large walk in rain shower and hand shower, 3 soft towels of different sizes for each guest. Our welcome kit includes shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body cream, cotton buds, make-up remover pads and hairdryer. Next to the toilet there is a bidet shower. The fully equipped kitchen has two induction hob, a small oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, water kettle, complete set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and all the useful utensils to cook your favorite dishes. There is a Moka and a Nespresso machine. Upon your arrival, you will find a selection of Twinings tea, granulated coffee, arabica and decaffeinated espresso capsules and a filter water pitcher, useful for avoiding having to buy plastic bottles. Guest access The apartment is located in a historic building, between the first and second floors. The lift will take you to one of the two floors. You will therefore have to climb half a flight of stairs to reach the entrance to the house. The palace is easily reachable by taxi or a short walk from Rome's main Termini station. From here you can get to Fiumicino airport in just 32 minutes with the Leonardo Express train. There are several private garages in the area for your car. About 100 meters away there are stops for more than 6 different bus lines. Just a 2-minute walk away you will find the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore Other things to note The interior of the apartment is NO SMOKING, smoke detectors with alarm are active.
