Rental unit in Fairfax

Our place is a 5 minute walk to downtown Fairfax, very close to numerous hiking & biking trails, restaurants & shops - & The Good Earth! You’ll love the coziness, the views, the location, and the quiet neighborhood. The living room faces East and we enjoy lovely sun rises. The space This cheerful and comfortable space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom with queen size bed and a living room with beautiful views. The living room sofa is an American Leather brand sleeper sofa (which is the most comfortable sleeper sofa available). It's super comfortable and is a full size. There is great wifi, cable tv, and use of washer/dryer. There is parking, and access to a lovely outdoor garden area with a ping pong table down below. Guest access Note that this is a downstairs unit, down one flight of stairs and we live in the upstairs unit. The rental is for a private 1 bedroom, living/dining room, and full kitchen and bath (There is an office that is part of the unit but closed off from the inside, with separate access that we use during the weekdays).
