Enjoy the modern but cozy style of the home while taking in the natural light all around. 📍Close to military bases, hospitals, shopping centers, multiple ferries in the peninsula, and easy access to main highways. Rest and Explore! 1 Private Bedroom/1 Private Full Bath. Shared common spaces with other guests/host. The space The most comfortable and serene bedroom. The modern style and neutral colors create this room into an oasis. You won't want to wake up in the morning. ✨️My Favorite Features of this Space: -Eastern King Size Bed -Electric Height Adjustable Ergonomic Desk -Book Shelf -The Frame Samsung TV (65in) -Walk-in Closet -Private Bathroom with Dual Sink Vanity and tub/shower combo House Policies and Procedures: -No Smoking at all. -No overnight visitors without prior written permission -If you will be out late, we ask to be mindful of other guests possibly staying in the Cozy Charm room, and do not slam doors. -This is an adult-living environment, please keep all common areas neat and clean. Pets: We love fur guests and truly enjoy having them at The Cozy Place. We ask that they be kept in your room, monitored, and in your presence at all times in common areas. If there are multiple guests in the home, pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure that all guests have the most optimal and comfortable environment during their stay. At no time will multiple guests (Boho Room/Cozy Charm) be booked in conjunction with multiple pets. No cats allowed at this time due to health related conditions. 1 Private Bedroom/Bathroom. Shared common spaces with other guests potentially staying in the Cozy Charm Room (alternative room). Guest access The property can be accessed via an exterior stair case that leads directly to the Front Door entrance (2nd floor) General "Common Area," Shared Spaces: (2nd floor) -Living Area -Dinning Area -Kitchen Shared Space: -Laundry Room (located on the 1st floor) You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee on the front patio which has rocking chairs, and there are multiple parks, amenities, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Bicycle parking is available on site. Vehicle Parking Options: -Directly in front of the garage -Side Parking (not in a public transit area) Parking is designated for guests and the options are available on a first come first serve basis daily for all guests. No access areas (reserved for host): -Coat Closet (2nd floor) -Bedroom (1st floor) -Garage (1st floor) -Rear Entrance (1st floor) My pups and I have all of the amenities we need on the first floor and use the rear entrance. During your stay I am more than happy to be a part of your stay or not. I will not be offended if you need your space. I am a working professional myself and I'm either working, traveling, catching up on projects, or just enjoying the day when I can on the 1st floor. However, If you run into any issues at all, you can contact me directly via the app. My dear husband (Jonathan) is available via a phone call or text anytime, if I am unable to assist. He is very friendly and always willing to help. My pups and I happily reside on the first floor and they are well trained and on a very structured schedule. They are either in their own oasis on the first floor, traveling with me, or a sitter is assigned for drop-in visits and walks them in my absence. If you need a Pet-Sitter recommendation, I can provide one! I am always available and happy to assist or provide reasonable support with amenities needed. EMERGENCIES: If there is a medical/fire emergency, please call 911 and then contact me to ensure proper communication of the issue. Other things to note Our Pets ________ We do have pets (Luna the boxer and Spiky the Pom) and they are not allowed in the common areas or bedrooms of guests at anytime to ensure you have a comfortable stay. However, they do love to interact with guests so if you are looking for a furry friend, just let us know and our pups will ensure to make your stay even more pleasant!🐾 You may hear them bark occasionally but never excessively. They are trained and well behaved. Our Kids _________ We also do have our kids in the home (not always as my husband travels and they enjoy going on the adventures with dad), but we like to ensure that they feel safe in the home and that you feel comfortable. They will not be in your way but you may hear a little laugh, running little feet, or a tantrum from time to time. Our next door neighbor does have a little girl and you may also hear some running feet from their end with some laughter and tantrums in between. We personally enjoy hearing her enjoy life. We hope that you can understand that's part of childhood and don't be discouraged to stay with us, we would love to provide a cozy place for you during your time in the PNW. Your Kids _________ I am always happy to host families with babies/kids and have an additional available room, The Cozy Charm Room if needed, or inflatable mattress upon request at an extra charge. We also have plenty of toys and enjoy running feet and laughter.
