The space This charming, vintage home has been completely redesigned and renovated. The three bedroom suite sprawls the entire ground floor of a vertical duplex in our favorite neighborhood, Rosedale. Please note the backyard is a shared space. Enjoy the convenience of a walkable neighborhood -blocks from trendy Burnet Road- with some of the best local restaurants, drinks and shops close by. Guest access The entire bottom floor is completely private and for your access only. There is a very respectful and long term tenant located on the top floor, whose entrance is through the shared mud room at the front door. You will be directed to access the key lock with your own private entrance through the side door. Other things to note Quiet Hours are from 10P-8A. Please be respectful of neighbors and guests. No parties. No pets.
