To fully enjoy your stay in Montpellier, the main room overlooking the terrace consists of a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with beautiful amenities: reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, remote-controlled electric shutters. A bedroom with dressing room, desk and above all good bedding. Parking spaces secured by cameras at the bottom of the residence as well as the bicycle room. Free parking in the residence, spaces are always available. A 30-minute drive from the beaches, this apartment is located a 20-minute walk from the city center and close to bus lines 11 & 17 (5 minutes away). Various shops in the area (5-minute walk too): Bakery, Supermarket, greengrocer, fishmonger, 2 tobacco shops, 2 pharmacies, snacks, bar, hairdresser, night grocery store, etc. A 10-minute walk from Halle Tropisme: an atypical cultural venue with a bar restaurant with a very nice terrace open until 1 a.m., food trucks, boules courts, concert hall and a large coworking space. Any excessive delay at checkout may be charged at the rate of €20/hour of waiting Please respect the tranquility of the residence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Evening organization, prohibited festivities => police call and immediate evacuation of the apartment without refund may be carried out in case of abuse. Note: construction work on tram line 5 in the Lavérune road. This work is not visible from the apartment and there is no noise. Access to the residence is clear.
