The space 3 Bedroom: The bedroom is the private space where guests can rest and relax. Generally, it features a comfortable bed, pillows, blankets, a wardrobe for clothes storage with a lamp, and perhaps even a seating area for reading or work. 1 Bathroom: The bathroom is where guests can shower, perform personal hygiene, and prepare for the day. Typically, it includes a shower, sink with a mirror, toilet, clean towels, and basic personal hygiene products. 1 Living Room: The living room is a common space where guests can gather, relax, and socialize. It may include comfortable sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a television, books, and cozy decor. 1 Kitchen: The kitchen is the place where guests can prepare their own meals, if desired. Usually equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, and a dining table for family meals. 1 Outdoor Area: Depending on the accommodation's location, there may be an outdoor area, such as a garden, where guests can enjoy fresh air, sunbathe, or even have barbecues. Here are the areas you can use during your time with us: Bedroom: Your room is equipped with everything you need to relax and rest. Feel free to use the closet, drawers, and storage spaces available. If you need extra pillows, blankets, or anything else, please let us know. Bathroom: Please feel free to use the shower, sink, toilet, and any provided items. Living Room: Our living room is a cozy space where you can relax, watch TV, read a book, or socialize with other guests, if any. Feel free to use the sofas, armchairs, and coffee table. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, appliances, and basic items you may need to prepare your meals. Please clean up after use and respect food storage preferences. Outdoor Area: If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoor area, including balcony, garden, and patio. It's a great place to relax outdoors and enjoy the scenery. Other things to note In addition to the basic amenities I offer, here are some additional pieces of information that I think are important for guests to know before confirming their stay: Check-in and Check-out: My standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, I am willing to be flexible whenever possible. Just let me know in advance about your arrival and departure plans so we can coordinate better. Cancellation Policy: Please refer to HOUSE RULES for our standard cancellation policy. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, so I am open to discussing alternatives if you need to cancel or change your reservation. Parking: If you are traveling by car, we have 4 parking spaces available for guests. Please let me know in advance if you need parking space. Public Transportation and Points of Interest: I can provide detailed information about public transportation in the area, as well as recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and activities to enjoy during your stay. Smoking and Pet Policy: My accommodation has a policy regarding smoking within the premises. Please refer to the House Rules for access to all details. Other Amenities: In addition to the basics, I also offer: Quality Towels and Linens: Soft towels and comfortable sheets are essential to ensure a pleasant stay. Personal Hygiene Products: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other personal hygiene items are commonly provided in travel sizes. Bottled Water: Bottled water is available in the freezer and especially in locations where tap water may not be safe for consumption. Coffee Maker and Coffee/Tea Supplies: Many hotel rooms have coffee makers and coffee or tea sachets so guests can prepare hot beverages.
