Once you reach the property, you will be be spoiled for choice with things to do ... so much so you will never want to leave! The garden is completely private giving you and your friends and family a chance to unwind and relax together. The garden has a tennis court, swimming pool, children's play area, outdoor dining area, zip line, beautiful gardens to explore and views over miles open countryside. Separate to the house there is also a games room with Smart TV, pool table and heaps of games and toys for children. Set within three acres of private land, Foxcote Grange has been in the same family for generations. The private driveway leads to the house with stunning gardens inviting honey stone walls. The rooms have all been lovingly restored with stylish interiors and ancient beams, making Foxcote a quintessentially English family home. Living Spaces: There are two living rooms. The first joins the kitchen upstairs making it a very social space for everyone to get together. From here you can enjoy the gardens through the French windows whilst enjoying the warmth from the wood burning stove and watching the Smart TV. The room is light and airy with a comfortable three-seater sofa, two armchairs and a low table for drinks or board games. The country-style kitchen/breakfast area is fully equipped with everything you need including a four-oven Aga, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Here you can gather around the seven-seater table with your coffee as you prepare for the day ahead. The formal dining room is complete with a large wooden table and 12 chairs, perfect for evening meals and sipping on the finest of wine. Once replenished, retire to the period drawing room, filled with ancient beams, a warming wood-burning stove and two inviting sofas. There is also a cosy study to slip away to for a quiet read, comprising a desk and a library of books. The ground floor is complete with a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as two small WCs. Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all featuring antique interiors, ancient beams and soft linen sheets. The master bedroom comprises a king-size bed and an en-suite with a bath. Bedroom two is directly next door with twin beds, perfect for a family with children. Bedroom three also has twin Queen sized beds and is next to a family bathroom with a separate shower. The second floor comprises three additional bedrooms. Two with a double bed and a shared shower room and one with zip and link twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. Gardens: The exterior of the house and its beautiful gardens is the true selling point of this stunning property. Along with ample outdoor seating, the garden is full of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Outside you will find a swimming pool with plenty of luxury sun beds, further seating, a large bbq area and a dining table for 12 . Pls note the pool is open from April to October. Situated close to the pool is the all weather tennis court, children’s play area and zip-wire slide. There is also an outdoor games room in a converted stable that has an electric woodburning stove, pool table, kids toys and a further TV.
