Adjacent to this room is a cozy trundle bed nook, surrounded by windows for an “indoor camping” vibe—ideal for kids or early risers. (Note: no shades though.) 2) 2nd Floor Suite 1: King bed, ensuite with shower, small standing balcony, workspace, and blackout shades. (Guest favorite: “Best sleep I’ve ever had!”) There is also a baby crib plus changing table in this room! 3) 2nd Floor Suite 2: Kid-friendly twin-over-full bunk bed, ensuite with bathtub, rocking chair, play area with Legos, and blackout shades. 4) Semi-Basement Suite: Queen bed, ensuite with bathtub, workspace, Smart TV, and blackout shades. (Note: No door; partially open to the media room.) Family Info: We do our best to make our home family-friendly, and we’re happy to offer portable baby gates as a courtesy to guests traveling with little ones. These gates are not pre-installed—guests are responsible for setting them up as needed. The home includes some basic babyproofing, but not everything will be child-safe, and we kindly ask that parents supervise their children at all times. Since we also host guests without children, we can’t fully babyproof the space, but we’re always happy to share what’s available ahead of your stay. <><><><> No pets, no smoking indoors, no parties Guest access Please note that some closets are designated as off-limits. These closets will be labeled "Private" near the door handle and may be locked or unlocked. The contents are for host use only and should not be accessed by guests. If you require something from these areas, please contact the host. Access will only be granted with prior written permission from the host. If you have any questions about which areas are accessible, feel free to reach out to the host for clarification. Other things to note When booking this home, you agree to adhere to our house rules. Please read these rules carefully before booking. Please be aware that we do not allow events, large gatherings, or loud music at our property. The city enforces a noise ordinance prohibiting loud noises after 10pm. Our home is situated in a quiet residential area with long-time residents, including families with children and senior citizens, who are sensitive to noise. Violating this ordinance will result in a report to Airbnb, contacting the authorities, and dispatching our local security team to vacate all guests immediately with no refund. If you booked our place by mistake, you can cancel without any penalty within 48 hours. Thank you for understanding. ▸ Checkout time is 10am ▸ Check-in time is 4pm-11pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 9pm-8am ▸ NO events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500. ▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. ▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation). ▸ No pets We maintain a clean and comfortable environment with regular professional pest control treatments to ensure your stay is enjoyable. While rare, minor pest sightings can occur in any home. If you encounter a significant pest issue, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly. Refunds for pest-related concerns are considered only in cases of verified, severe infestations, as determined by our pest control professionals, in line with Airbnb’s Guest Refund Policy. All guests are required to submit a residence intake form, which includes uploading a form of legal identification before we can send out our check-in details. Details will be sent after booking.
