We have 3 AC Suites in a Bungalow accommodates 14 tourist. Deluxe Suite-Gr Flr, Imperial Suite-1st Flr, Blossom Suite-1st Flr. The lonely (less crouded) clean Tarkarli beach is adjusent to our Courtyard just 50 steps away. It is safe for swimming or just wadding in to the water. It is so near that you can go for early morning stroll or enjoy evening Sunset. The area is so safe that our tourist go for night walk also. We have battery backup for all Suites. Each suite has a balcony. The space *Classic Anand Bungalow Home Stay* is a newly built Bungalow style Home stay, fully fenced, safe & secured, covered with plantation on 10000 sq ft area, adjacent to Tarkarli beach- 1 minutes walkable. Enjoy resort style Home stay in 3 lavish Suites with ensuite bath with hot water, balcony, Split AC, Ceiling fans, LED TV, Free wifi, free & Secured parking area in our Courtyard. Classic Anand Bungalow has 1st 'Deluxe Suite' at the Ground floor having 1 King Bed for 3 guests plus 2 floor mattresses are provoded. 'Deluxe Suite' easily accommodates 5 Guests. 2nd 'Imperial Suite' is on the 1st floor. It has 1 King bed for three Guests, plus 2 floor mattresses are provided. 'Imperial Suite' easily accommodates 5 Guests. 3rd 'Blossom Suite' is also on the 1st floor. It has 1 King bed for 3 guests, plus 1 floor mattress is provided for 4th Guest. 'Blossom Suite' can easily accommodates 4 Guests. Each suite has a balcony and has either Sunrise or a Sunset view. One can enjoy his morning cup of coffee sitting in the balcony, enjoying birds chirping. Our *Deluxe suite* has a swing in the balcony to relax and enjoy the breeze with your cup of coffee. All suites have great potential to become a perfect vacation home. *The Courtyard:* There is a big courtyard in front of the Bungalow with plantation of Mango, Coconut, Guava, Litchi, Chikko, Jackfruit, Betel nut alongwith plenty of flower plants. Our Bungalow has a big Lawn, a Hammock, a Swing in the lawn and two exclusive Seat-Out areas. Guest can have Lunch and Dinner also in our outside Seat-out area . *The Beach:* Malvan is famous for it's clean beaches. The Tarkarli beach is adjacent to our court yard boundary just 35 steps away. It is safe for swimming and also kid friendly. One can go for morning walk or to view sunset or enjoy the breeze. You can also go for early morning stroll or enjoy the evening sunset. It is so near and safe that tourist stroll there at night after dinner. Tourists can enjoy Water sports, Scuba diving, Snorkeling, Para gliding and witness the early morning "rapan" fishing activity at Tarkarli Beach. Surely the location is great, a must visit place in South Kokan. Guests can enjoy the peace and beauty of the nature without any disturbance and take away sweet memories of this place and our service. Guest access The Guest can use full Bungalow and a Courtyard. We have a Hamock, a swing and a sit out area the courtyard. Other things to note *The FOOD:* You will get homely food (Veg- Nonveg) at very reasonable price, at one of the home stays in our courtyard, run by my brother. Here you can order your food as per your choice and test (suited to different age group) but with advance intimation as it is not a restaurant. If you are fish foody, you can buy fish of your choice from an Auction market at Malvan Jetty, get it clean their itself and give them for preparation. Apart from above, we have our in-house pure 'Veg' food court- *'Classic VITHAI'* at the entrance, just 100 steps away, where you can have everything Veg. More over there are lots of private hotels and restaurants on the Tarkarli Road, outside our courtyard gate. In case of heavy rain, MSEB some time put the power off resulting in no Airconditioning. But due to cold wether ceiling fan is enough in the suite which runs on our inverter.
