Enjoy the tranquility of cozy Toftebjerg in a charming old half-timbered house on two floors with a huge plot and a nice large wooden terrace. The house has - in addition to 2 living rooms, a large bathroom and a kitchen - 3 bedrooms (+ a baby bed in one room). In addition, a single bed in the living room as a possible extra bed. The space The house is on two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a large open living room and kitchen. In the large living room there are sofas, a plant, a work/creative desk, a dining table, etc. In the same room is an open kitchen with stools for a quick breakfast. From this room there is access to the covered terrace. On the ground floor there is also a distribution corridor with a bedroom with a 120x200 bed and at the other end a spacious bathroom. From the hallway, there is access to a beautiful and huge view of the garden (and real estate agent's dream! On the 1st floor there is a TV living room in the middle and a bedroom at each end with a 160x200 bed, from which there is access to a cozy west-facing terrace with a sea view. In the other room there is 1 single bed as well as a sofa bed of 140x200. There is also an undisturbed and cozy backyard that goes with the city's hill with cozy, tall trees. On the other side of the house, there is an approx. 3000 m2 garden with trampoline, swing set, fireplace with lots of firewood and views of a common pond/small lake. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the annex by the terrace, which we use for storage during rental. As we live there on a daily basis, you can expect there to be clothes in the closets, toys on the shelves, etc. Other things to note At the address also lives the affectionate and very child-friendly male cat Susse, who, depending on your temperament, can be out during your entire stay (where it has food and water), or you can let it in and out a little as you like (it also has food and water inside). She's not the type to wake you up at night with annoying scratches on doors, but if you're not a big cat person, that's fine, she's out all the time.
