Is a three bedroom unit located in the 14th level with an amazing view to the CBD. BEDROOMS: - Main Bedroom: Queen bed for short term guests and private bathroom - Bedroom 1: Single room for a long term guest - Bedroom 2: Queen bed for short term guests with a desk area to study/work. Main bedroom: Has private bathroom Bedroom 1 & 2 will be sharing a bathroom. SHARED AREAS Kitchen, living room, TV area, balcony and laundry area. CARPARK - Visitors carpark is available - 4 hours permitted. - Off-street free carpark Two hour parking limit applies between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday 15 minute parking limit applies between 7am-10pm, on The Gabba event days Before booking please check the parking restrictions for The Gabba Traffic Area at Brisbane City Council website.
