The space My guests are expressly requested to strictly respect the following operating rules: HOT TUB: a shower is mandatory before swimming: an outdoor shower is provided for this purpose in order to preserve the quality of the water and the cleanliness of the hot tub. It is mandatory to systematically cover the spa after use with the cover provided for this purpose: failure to cover will result in overconsumption of electricity which will be systematically charged to the guest. ⁃ Pool: same instructions as for the hot tub in case of departure of the guest from the villa and at night for covering. It is forbidden to bathe after using sun products at the risk of damaging the liner. ⁃ Garden furniture cushions must always be stored in the bin provided for this purpose in the evening before bedtime or in case of rain. Moisture damages cushions and produces mold. ⁃ Deckchair: the bath towel must be used to enjoy these. ⁃ The electric awning must be closed when leaving the villa and at night. ⁃ As the house is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, it is forbidden to invite people without the owner's consent with regard to the insurance taken out and the tourist tax due. ⁃ Respect for the neighborhood and the environment is not an option. ⁃ No smoking is allowed in the villa and no stubs in the garden: an outdoor ashtray is provided for smokers. ⁃ Any breach of these instructions will result in the host being reported to Airbnb, financial compensation for the damage suffered and the additional costs and repair costs for the owner and in case of serious breach, immediate termination of the rental. ⁃ My goal is to make the most of my villa and my region for my guests and to preserve the quality of the hosting of my property, thank you for reading these non-modifiable clauses.
