Other things to note - PETS: Dogs are allowed! We allow dogs at a rate of $250/per dog. - NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside of the property, or anywhere on the property grounds. All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside of the property. - LAUNDRY: These 2 homes have a total of 4 private washers and 4 private dryers. - TRASH DAYS: Trash & Recycling pick up is on Thursday. Trash cans are located in between home 21 and 25. - POOLS: The smaller pool is a dipping pool, not a hot tub.
