This cozy studio guest house with a super king Ecosa memory foam bed and full kitchen is a one minute walk to the beach and coastal walkway. With guest bikes included in your rental, the best things New Plymouth has to offer are at your fingertips, including East End and Fitzroy beaches, the stunning Coastal and Te Henui walkways, and the CBD. Grab one of our boogie boards and catch some waves in summer, use your guest bikes to ride into town, or rug up and stroll down the black sand beaches. The space You'll enter off a private deck adjacent to our garden, beside your own private parking space. The studio is compact, with a partition that closes to separate living from sleeping spaces when needed. Your memory foam mattress is made up with high thread count sheets, a super solid Yona bed frame, and both memory foam and down alternative pillow options. Towels are ultrasoft cotton from Renee Taylor. The full kitchen has a compact gas oven and stovetop, a full-sized fridge, and French Press coffee essentials (including milk). The bathroom includes a compact shower and essentials. A covered area on the deck offers respite from rain or sun, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a takeaway dinner on the patio. The sofa faces the Smart TV and a small breakfast table. You'll rent the entire guest house with its private deck, and have full use of the locked garden storage shed where your bikes are stored. The backyard and driveway are shared, so you may bump into us coming and going. Guest access You'll rent the entire guest house, accessed by lockbox key, and have access to our backyard and the garden bike shed for storing bikes or surfboards.
