Great location and easy access to the nearby shops and hospital only a short stroll away from this perfectly located and fully self contained 2brm character cottage. It’s 100 years old but it’s cute and comfy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Street parking out front or rear access to a large yard with heaps of room to park the car, bus or caravan! The space Original character heritage home including an old Metters in the kitchen to admire - (please use the electric stove and appliances to cook with). Tea, coffee, sugar and a few pantry staples are included. The bathroom has the original enamel vanity and a replica claw foot bath along with toiletry items for your use if needed. A laundry area contains a trough, washing machine, laundry liquid, dryer, basket and pegs for your use. The home contains 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and mirror wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, single bed, small vanity and 2 wardrobes. All clean linen and towels are provided. This cosy home is not modern but is charming and has retained its original style of a 100 year old weatherboard house. Guest access Full use of house except locked store room and outbuildings. We ask that you only use the bedrooms required for your stay. Other things to note This is an older style original weatherboard railway cottage. It is not fancy but it is tidy and comfortable despite its age. The large yard is bare with prickles and a work in progress but does have rear access and plenty of room, a wonky hills hoist and original but delapidated outhouses that are not in use. This 100 year old heritage railway house oozes Australian character and charm of a bygone era.
