We host in an apartment located in a neighborhood surrounded by the greenery of Tuscany, 2 km from the sea, for those who want to have a relaxing, fun and cultural vacation. With easy parking and close to the bike path that allows you to easily reach the sea, its pine forest, the promenade with the locals and the water park with its slides. We are just minutes from a shopping mall, and you can organize day trips to the beautiful Tuscan cities of art. Pet friendly The space It is a partially basement apartment, with a high ceiling of 2.05 m. Entrance from the garden directly into a large, very bright living room. The well-equipped kitchen with various appliances (microwave oven, electric oven, induction hob, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, etc.) is in a large room from which you can access the two very nice bedrooms and the bathroom, which is not very large but complete with all the services. The apartment is equipped with an independent air conditioning system in each room and the windows are complete with mosquito nets and shutters.
