Ideal for couples, families with 1-2 children, or a group of 3 friends. May be a little tight for 4 adults, but doable for a group of close friends. One parking spot. The space Walking into the cabin it feels like you are truly on vacation. The open-concept layout blends indoor and outdoor living. Whether you're lounging in the living area, preparing a meal in the kitchenette, or dining al fresco on the scenic deck, every moment is enriched by the enchanting backdrop of the rainforest. The cabin has 3 main areas: Living, Sleeping and Outdoor Deck The living area is an open floor concept space combing the kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a 2 burner induction cook top, a modern drawer fridge and separate drawer freezer. (Please note there is no oven or dishwasher.) Games and books along with a daybed provide the right entertainment for relaxing indoors. The 1 bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. You'll gaze upon stunning old growth trees through the over-sized view window and a sky full of stars on clear nights. The outdoor deck has seating so you can enjoy the fresh air all day and evening. Apres surf or hike this brand new cabin pairs perfectly with modern conveniences. Designed with surfers in mind, a spacious outdoor shower on the deck beckons, offering a refreshing respite after a day of riding the waves. Adjacent to the outdoor shower, a dedicated gear storage area awaits, crafted with convenience and functionality in mind. Ample space for surfboards, wetsuits, and other equipment. Nearby, a specific outside door leads directly into the indoor bathroom, offering seamless accessibility from the outdoor shower area. As you step inside the bathroom, you are greeted by a clean and contemporary interior providing a comfortable retreat to freshen up and unwind after your outdoor adventures. Important to know about this home: * 300 Square Feet indoor space * 1 Bathroom with two doors, one inside the cabin and the other Door to the Outside * Outdoor shower with hot water * 1 Bedroom (1 queen) * 1 Daybed which splits into two twin beds * Sleeps 2 comfortably, 4 occupants maximum * Highspeed WiFi (fibre) * The driveway can fit 1 car only * Quiet hours start at 10pm to 8am * No parties * No beach or water access * No pets Video and Audio Monitoring: This house has a Ring video camera on the driveway. This camera is used to protect the homeowners and renters. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire cabin. The garage area down the driveway is off-limits to guests. Please keep the driveway clear of cars - extra large parking space halfway up the driveway. There is no trail to the shoreline. Other things to note Outdoor fire pit and bbq.
