Heating most pools typically takes 24-48 hours from activation. If you decide to add pool or spa heat upon arrival, a USD 50.00 call-out fee will apply, in addition to the daily fees: Gas pool heater: $40 per day plus tax Pool heat must be reserved for the entire duration of your stay. The pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F and cannot be adjusted. If this temperature range is uncomfortable for you, the only option is to turn off the pool heat, and refunds are not provided in such cases. Additional rules include: No smoking (including vaping) on the property; a cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be charged for violations. Pets are allowed by a $100 fee PER PET. If It's made clear the Pet was at the house without a fee paid, a cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Respectful parking rules apply, avoiding grass, sidewalks, and driveways. PARKING ON THE STREET IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Dispose of household trash in provided containers; do not leave bags on the curb. Trash collection occurs every Sunday and Monday. If there are guests at the property who prefer not to be disturbed, they must place their trash at the curb between the driveway and street by 6:00 PM on Sunday evening. No RVs, trailers, or boats allowed. Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No loud noise after 10:00 PM. Close and lock windows and doors, turn off all lights when leaving. No candles, eating, or drinking in bedrooms. Check-in after 4:00 PM; checkout at 10:00 AM sharp. A extra fee can be charged if you desired to change those times. $80 for earlier check-in, $100 for late checkout, upon availability. Bagged trash must be placed in bins for collection.
