Underground parking included. The space The luxurious attic apartment has a beautiful, stylish living-dining area, an open kitchen and three luxurious bedrooms. These are all equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (double beds). The elevator takes you directly to the bright and spacious apartment, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has two bathrooms, also with beautiful mountain panoramic views. One bathroom has a bathtub, sink with mirror cabinet and toilet and a second bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower with rain function, sink with mirror cabinet and toilet. The bathroom has a hairdryer. The new, modern kitchen is fully equipped and is also equipped with an induction stove, oven and steamer as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a cheese fondue set. A gas grill is also available on the terrace. Some spices are also already on site and can be used as needed. The dining room invites you to a cozy get-together and is equipped with a large table and 6 chairs as well as a highchair. Guest access The apartment offers a fantastic starting point for excursions of all kinds in central Switzerland all year round. Right in front of the house, below the church, a hiking trail leads upstream to the Stöckalp valley station, past a waterfall and surrounded by the beautiful Swiss mountains. The Stöckalp valley station is only about 5 minutes by car from the apartment. From here you can drive to the Melchsee-Frutt plateau, where you can go skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing in winter or go on beautiful hikes in summer or, among other things, climbing or fishing. Just a few minutes' drive down into the valley is the beautiful Lake Sarnen, which invites you to swim and linger, especially on nice days. Directly above the resort is a small village shop, which is open from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
