This quiet riverside spot is a true escape, set right on the banks of the Hunter River. Spend your days reading, fishing, or simply enjoying the view as cows, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks and alpacas wander nearby. Just 5km from historic Morpeth, it’s easy to explore the local cafes and shops, or bring your bikes and ride through the surrounding farmland. In the evenings, make the most of the bar downstairs — light the fire, open a drink, and fire up the BBQ as the sun sets over the paddocks. The space Upstairs Fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment. 1 King Bed, 1 Double Bed area. There is also a covered verandah space with outdoor seating and bar area. Magnificent views of the Hunter River. Downstairs There is a guest room with King Bed and ensuite. Man Cave The man cave area is a great spot for enjoying some down time. There is a bar, TV and games for the kids to play with. Outside is a huge covered area with outdoor seating, BBQ facilities and outdoor fire area. There is plenty of grassed area for the kids to play and kick a footy. The property offers views and private access to the Hunter River. Other things to note Additional Guests & Accommodation Options We’re happy to accommodate extra guests with prior approval. There’s space available for caravans, rooftop tents, or similar setups if you’d like to bring along more family or friends. Just reach out to us before your stay to discuss the options.
