Although the flat is on the fourth floor with no lift, the comfort makes the climb well worth the effort. The beaches of San Juan, Santa Pola and Arenales are 25 metres away. Despite being on the fourth floor without a lift, the effort to get there is rewarded when you enter this cosy refuge, where cleanliness and space create a feeling of spaciousness and wellbeing. Quiet hours begin at 22:00 The kitchen must be left clean, dry and tidy, with all utensils dry and in their proper place after use. The hob and surrounding areas must be wiped clean of grease. The bathroom must be left clean and dry, as must the washbasin countertop and mirror after use. You must keep your bedroom door closed. All doors must be closed carefully; please avoid slamming them. Please put your daily rubbish in bin bags and dispose of it in the bins on the street. Late arrival after 10.00 pm incurs a surcharge of €15.
