Our spacious holiday home (68 sq m) on the picturesque Powidz Lake will provide you with a relaxing, adventurous stay. The location on the outskirts, surrounded by a forest, guarantees peace and a break from everyday life. Only 4.5 km to Powidz - a town with a large tourist base. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends for 4 to 6 people. The building is new, commissioned this year. The space The cottage is located on a secluded headland covered with lush forest, 450 m from a small unguarded beach and 2 km from a large guarded bathing area in Przybrodzin. Lake Powidz is covered by the Natura 2000 program and has class I waters. There is a quiet zone on it. The lake has very gentle entrances to the water, which is important for families with children. In Przybrodzin, 2 km away, and Powidz, 4.5 km away, there are wide and extensive beaches with tourist infrastructure. In the nearby towns (Ostrowo, Przybrodzin, Powidz) there are grocery stores, gas stations, pizzerias, restaurants, and fish smokehouses. There is a restaurant in the Hotel Moran nearby. In the nearby lakeside towns you can rent kayaks, sailboats, participate in diving courses, and go fishing. Guest access Guests receive the property for their exclusive use. The cottage offers space for 6 people, which makes it an ideal place for a family vacation or a trip with friends. Both bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, the living room has a fireplace, TV and dining area. The living area is completed by a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A set of towels and fresh bedding awaits each guest. The kitchenette has a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric kettle and dishes and accessories for serving (set of plates, glasses, glasses, mugs, cutlery) and cooking (pots, pan, etc.). A clothes dryer is provided. There is no washing machine in the facility. An additional advantage is the fenced green area, where there is a free-standing barbecue, a terrace with a table, chairs and a corner where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation. Other things to note There are 2 parking spaces available on the fully fenced 530 m2 property. Smoking, organizing events, bachelor parties, etc. are prohibited in the facility.
