The space ✔ GROUND FLOOR ✔ Entrance → hall: As soon as you enter the house, let yourself be seduced by a spacious and elegantly refined lobby. Right next to the main door, a small chest of drawers welcomes you, convenient for dropping off your keys and small items. Adjacent, a door opens onto a functional space equipped with a coat rack and a shoe cabinet. On your left, a built-in closet offers additional storage, while in front of you, a MAJESTIC MIRROR over 2 meters high, inspired by the Baroque period, captures your reflection and visually enlarges the space. This art object is accompanied by a chair with a padded design suggesting a fusion of old and new styles, while decorative wall sconces add a note of industrial design to the whole. On your left, after the built-in closet, stands a wooden console with a striking design that catches the eye. On its tray, a wax candle adorned with embossed patterns evokes antiquity, adding a touch of LUXURY and refinement to the whole. Next to the television area, the kitchen, kitchen, delineated by a delicately lowered ceiling, is fully equipped to meet all your culinary desires. Within it, a separate laundry room ensures discretion and convenience for all your household needs. The dining area, located at the end of the living room, accommodates a large wooden table that can accommodate 14 guests, accompanied by a sturdy buffet and refined decorative elements, including a Greek or Roman-inspired column. Among the gifts of nature, discover a generous orchard composed of strawberries, figs, apples, walnuts and mirabelle plums, which invite you to pick and taste fruit according to the seasons. For your moments of conviviality, two sets of tables and chairs await you to enjoy a meal in the open air or simply to enjoy the serenity of this peaceful place.
