Everything you need is within minutes. 🛎️ Concierge Service We look forward to welcoming you personally and offering: • Airport transportation arrangements • Restaurant recommendations • Tour + activity bookings • 24/7 guest support Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: - 4 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM - An onsite spa - A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM - An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required) - A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required) - A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required) Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Other things to note You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. No guests visitors are allowed. Please be advised that lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item and $2,000 pesos, respectively. One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 28 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Hanging towels or clothes on the balconies is strictly forbidden. Sitting on the furniture or beds while wearing wet clothing is also prohibited.
