Welcome to Casa Gruni - Beach house, our wonderful home close to our favourite beach, Monte Clerigo. Casa Gruny exudes comfort and style, promising a truly unforgettable stay. The space In the middle of the authentic, wild and preserved Park of La Costa Vicentina, this atypical and friendly house will allow you to discover the calmest region of the Algarve. Located in Vale Da Telha, 5 minutes from 3 surf spots: Monté Clérigo, Praia da Amoreira, as well as the famous Praia de Arrifana, Casa Gruni will delight surfers of all levels. The property has a lush and fully grown garden area with several comfortable south facing seating areas to enjoy the sunshine. The large sliding windows opening into the garden of the living and dining room area allow a wonderful open space feeling on hot summer days. The fully equipped kitchen area opens up into the garden and BBQ area. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all sharing 2 bathrooms in total. The curved stairs in the living room will bring you up to the fourth ensuite bedroom overlooking the garden. Our high-speed internet ensures seamless remote work or effortless connectivity. It is possible to park your car safely along the road outside the property. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note The garage is not part of the rented property. Between sea and mountains, hikers will have a 400 km network of trails, called “Rota Vicentina”. The numerous beaches and villages in the surrounding area will invite you to relax and discover the region and local crafts. The proximity of Alentejo will allow you to discover another Portugal, more rural, an authentic and sparsely populated region. Many restaurants or pastry shops in the surrounding area will allow you to discover the culinary richness of this region, the local shops will meet all your needs. Many activities are available to you, surfing, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking as well as tennis courts and a few minutes walk. Faro airport is 1h15 by car. Parties are not allowed in the house. We generally welcome families with children or responsible adults as the property is in a quiet neighborhood and we greatly respect our neighbors.
