Composed of 2 bedrooms with ceiling fan, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, living room, kitchen and 2 parking spaces. The space The apartment is very comfortable, airy and complete. We don't have air-conditioning on purpose… the breeze coming from the sea is wonderful, making the apartment super airy and well lit. Thinking of even greater comfort and practicality in packing your luggage, we provide bed and bath linens. Our kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cookware and platters… we have appliances too! Guest access Access to the Building and Apartment is automated. WE DO NOT HAVE CONCIERGE SERVICES. (Self-check-in system) The apartment has an electronic lock, changed after each reservation, making it more secure. The apartment is on the sixth floor, with an elevator. The building has no leisure area, only a garage. Other things to note We have a great location. It is not necessary to remove the car from the garage for anything. The beach and bakery are very close. The beach, as well as all of Arraial do Cabo, has a very rustic infrastructure and a small town profile.
