The ground floor unit has recently been updated with 2 renovated bathrooms and new flooring, offering a comfortable space to relax and unwind. There are 2 bedrooms – master with queen bed and ensuite and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms feature stunning ocean views and breezes, so you can watch sunrise over the water from bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The neat and tidy kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and the open plan living area offers smart TV and Wi-Fi. The private beachfront balcony is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a meal with loved ones after a day at the beach. Pacific Gables 1 also offers a fully equipped laundry including washing machine and dryer and double lockup garage (tandem), which is great for families travelling with 2 cars or one car plus bikes and boards. Pacific Gables 1 is located on the absolute beachfront, step out of the living room and across the lawn to the beach! The Oceanway footpath is right on your doorstep, offering a short, easy walk or ride to Tugun Village or a scenic journey into Coolangatta/ Rainbow Bay to the south. Linen All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Keys Keys must be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
