The Alm - a special kind of retreat. In the middle of a picturesque single location on the southwest side of the Gaberl, our alpine house offers the ideal opportunity for a relaxing break with friends or family. The lovingly adapted property is located at just over 1,500 m and is surrounded by forest and cow pastures. Peace and pure nature. A wide range of hiking trails can be found all around. And of course the Red Bull Ring with all its offers and events is almost "around the corner." The space In the middle of a picturesque single location on the southwest side of the Gaberl, our alpine house offers the ideal opportunity for a relaxing break with family or friends. The lovingly adapted property at just over 1,500 m above sea level impresses not only with its unique location, but also with the breathtaking view over the Mur Valley and the Aichfeld and is surrounded by forest and cow pastures. Pure peace and nature. There are numerous opportunities to explore nature and wildlife. Whether hiking or walking on countless forest paths, picking blueberries, looking for mushrooms, watching animals – alpine life leaves almost nothing to be desired. Our alpine house also impresses with its cozy and loving furnishings. The Jagerstube – there is enough space here to eat, chat, play and warm up in the evening by the tiled stove. The spacious kitchen with traditional wood-burning stove and seating invites you to cook together. Running water - also warm - is available both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Our Alm can accommodate 8 people in four double rooms, some of which can also accommodate an extra bed/crib. There is also a spacious pantry that keeps the food and drinks cool – a refrigerator is also available. The bathroom with shower and hot water oven, as well as a separate toilet provide the necessary comfort. The power supply is environmentally friendly by means of photovoltaics and, if necessary, with an additional unit. The alpine hut is easily reached by car. The refrigerator is well filled with regional delicacies on arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped. A holiday on our alpine pasture promises relaxation, nature experiences and unforgettable moments in the middle of the Austrian mountains. Just above our hut runs the long-distance hiking trail "Via Alpina", not far away is also the summer pasture of the Lipizzaner stallions. A wide range of hiking trails can be found all around. Excursions to the surrounding cities such as Judenburg are easy to implement, and Graz is only a good hour away by car. And of course the Red Bull Ring with all its offers and events is almost “around the corner.”
