Maringa House is a stunning heritage style Queenslander that comes with its original features such as the lead-light windows and the Queensland red cedar fret work. located on a spacious block and nestled amongst lush and established gardens. Enjoy the covered wrap around veranda and outdoor dining area as well as the Firepit down in the garden. Maleny township and local wedding venues are just minutes away. The space This antique style home has room for 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sunroom. The bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds and the sunroom has a single bed/single trundle bed that pulls out from beneath. Please send us a message well in advance if you need the single bed or trundle made up or if you have people who prefer a room to themselves. Otherwise, we will make up the default bed configuration for the amount of people booked. There are 2 living areas both with a fireplace and a separate dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Sunbeam coffee maker if you wish to bring ground coffee and there is also a plunger if you prefer. Outside you can enjoy the wrap around veranda which has a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy the space and the firepit is out in the garden. All year-round comfort is assured with ducted air conditioning/ heating throughout the entire home. The home is located on Mountain View Rd, within minutes of Tiffany's, Maleny orchard and Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve and Cafe which is the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning views. Other things to note Firewood: Firewood and fire starters are provided. However, if we are waiting for a firewood delivery and there is no firewood left there are often road signs around the hinterland advertising bags of firewood for $15-$20, the local IGA and hardware stores also stock some. Lost Property Policy: Please carefully check the place before you go for any items you might have left behind. We do understand accidents happen, so if you’ve left something behind we have a lost property policy. · We’ll hold items for up to 7 days after checkout. · After that if we don’t hear from you, items are donated or responsibly discarded. · Want it returned? Because It happens so often and we are finding ourselves running to the post office frequently, we have a $15 handling fee + Plus the cost of shipping. · To request a return, please send a message to us through the platform you used to book, along with the item description, your stay dates, and the address you would like it shipped.
