It is great for short or long term stays. Guest access Guests: The unit is ideal for up to 2 guests. Visitors can be accommodated once the maximum occupancy of 4 persons for the unit allows. All visitors must be communicated. Check In: Check-in is anytime after 3pm. On the day your reservation begins, check in instructions can be found in the Reservations Tab after 2:30pm. All details relating to check in, WiFi password and house rules are located there. Check-Out: Check-Out is at 11am. Guests are kindly asked to adhere to the check-out time. Late check-out may result in a penalty fee of 2 times the nightly rate. Garbage: The garbage disposal is located near to the Security post to the rear-end of the visitor’s parking. Other things to note What We Provide: We provide basic linen and supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can expect: - sheets, quilt, blanket, - towels, - toilet paper, - hand towel, - hand soap, - pots/pans, - kettle, - dishes and bowls, - glassware, - eating and cooking utensils, - knives - trash bags. Supplies: We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. If laundry and housekeeping services are required during your stay, this can be facilitated at an additional fee. Free Parking: One assigned parking space is allocated to the apartment and sufficient visitors parking are located on the property. Secured Complex: 24/7 hours security. Important to Note: Please keep in mind, there are additional units in the complex so please be mindful of any loud noises. There is a strict no smoking on the property, and no parties nor gatherings allowed. Any violation will be an automatic cancellation of your reservation and a fine of US$300. No more than the confirmed or booked guests are allowed to sleep at the apartment. Any unconfirmed guests staying in the unit between 12am to 6am will incur a fee. You will be charged $50 per night for additional guests. For your safety, various areas on the property and the entrance to the unit are under surveillance. The air condition is free to use while present in the apartment. However, it should not be operated while windows and doors are open. The air condition should be turned off when leaving the apartment. Note that the apartment is equipped with occupancy sensors to conserve energy when not in use. Care and Responsibility: To maintain the quality of our space, we request that you treat it with care and respect. For any damaged or missing items, there will be a fee charged depending on the item damaged or missing.
