Cottage on the lake

This newly renovated cottage is on the lake with amazing water views. A cozy retreat in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes from central highways, dining, gas stations, drugstores, and parks. Walking trail nearby. 2 upstairs bedrooms sleep 3. Circular stairs lead downstairs to an open concept living room with electric fireplace, dining room, bath, and kitchenette with washer dryer. Unwind on our sunset deck facing the water or on your private master bedroom balcony. A simple getaway on the water. The space The master bedroom upstairs overlooks the lake with a balcony and has a queen size bed and a dresser. The bedroom across from that has a twin size bed and a dresser. There’s also a closet provided with hangers in between the bedrooms. Circular stairs, take you downstairs to the main living area with the kitchen, dining room, bath and spacious living room. The couch can be folded down for sleeping and there is an electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors open up to your private deck overlooking the water and facing west for the sunset! Guest access The entire home is rented to you. The sheds, and car cover port are not available. Other things to note *Hosts live nearby so please no parties or unregistered guests. *Home is on the water. Please remember to review and abide by all posted lake warnings or instructions. Swim at own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
