Welcome to our beautiful tropical beach home in Playa Grande Estates. At only a short 3 minute walk from the main surf spot of Playa Grande and its breathtaking beach. Casa Bianca's guesthouse is the perfect beach house for you and your friends/family. Our Home is centrally located in Playa Grande where you can find all the best restaurants, coffee, shops, tennis courts and small food stores a few steps away. The space Casa Bianca's Guesthouse has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 full size bathroom and a kitchen & living room area. One bedroom with a Queen size bed and the other with a Full size bed. All bedrooms as well as the common area have their own AC units. As for the common living area, the house offers a full kitchen with a two burner stove, sink, microwave, toaster oven and a full size fridge. While renting the Guesthouse, you will have full and private access to the main pool, backyard, outdoor dining area and BBQ. The Property also has a gated parking space thats fits 2 cars and that is enclosed with an electric gate. The entire property is fully fenced which creates privacy and security. Guest access When renting Casa Bianca's Guesthouse, guests have access to the entire property as well as the entire backyard, pool area, outdoor dining area, BBQ, main parking space, laundry room and outdoor shower. It is important to note that guests who rent the guesthouse will enjoy the privacy of the property as the main house will be vacant and non-occupied, but completely locked and not available to guests. Guests will benefit from 2 sets of towels each: a shower towels and a beach/pool towel. Every 4 days, we offer a cleaning service where our trusted cleaning lady will come during the afternoon and refresh the house and change towels and bed sheets if desired.
