A dedicated work space w/ a desk and HP printer makes this an ideal location for traveling professionals. The space 📍 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING This home is located in a transitional urban neighborhood. While many guests have great experiences, this area may not be suitable for travelers expecting a suburban or resort-like environment. You may encounter: • Normal city activity (people, noise, etc.) • Mixed property conditions nearby • Active street presence at times If you are sensitive to urban environments, we recommend booking in a more residential or tourist-focused area. We prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and communication—but cannot control the surrounding neighborhood. Property: Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the 3 bedrooms and the 1 full bath. The living room, kitchen, laundry area, and a half bath are located on the main level. Parking: Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Past guests report they are typically able to park directly in front of the property, or on the opposite side of the street. Street sweeping schedule is Tuesdays & Fridays between 8:00 am to 11:00 am. ENTRY / LIVING ROOM: The living room is an open space for family and friends to enjoy conversation and entertainment. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a 70-inch Samsung TV, ready for your viewing enjoyment. A spacious writing desk awaits, accompanied by a sleek swivel velvet office chair, an oscillating fan for comfort, and an HP printer for any document needs. Unwind after a busy day on the 84-inch mid-century modern velvet couch, complemented by a glass coffee table and jute rug. Kick back in the two velvet swivel chairs as you indulge in your favorite television programs. DINING AREA: The spacious 72-inch RH concrete dining table provides seating for six guests. Guests can enjoy comfortable dining with the generously sized plush dining chairs. Enhancing the ambiance, a grand chandelier sets the tone for any gourmet meal you may prepare. KITCHEN: The kitchen boasts a white quartz countertop, an ample oversized sink with a garbage disposal, and a spacious kitchen island. Samsung stainless steel appliances include a gas stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee three ways: French press, drip coffee maker, or single-serve with a Keurig coffee maker. A coffee bean grinder is available for freshly ground beans. Equipped with a six-burner gas stove, state-of-the-art cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans, this kitchen is a chef's paradise. Additional tools like an electric hand mixer, blender, toaster oven, waffle maker, and air fryer allow for unforgettable meals. A starter pack of dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher packets is provided for convenience. PRIMARY SUITE: The primary bedroom suite features a king bed adorned with a luxurious Gel Pearl Memory Foam Top mattress, boasting temperature-regulating technology and a cool-to-the-touch cover. Enjoy the comfort of premium cotton linens and a selection of pillows with varying firmness levels, along with extra linen provided for your convenience. Relax in bed while watching the wall-mounted 55-inch smart Samsung television. Two RH shagreen leather nightstands with overhead mirrors and lamps are provided for added functionality. Take a moment to sit on the leather bench or rattan chair while preparing for the day. A luggage rack is available for additional storage needs. The closet comes equipped with hangers and a three-drawer dresser. Set the perfect bedtime ambiance with room-darkening shades and curtains. In the primary suite, you'll find an Echo Show device featuring a 5.5” display, allowing you to quickly check news and weather, make video calls, view compatible cameras, stream music and shows, and much more. Use your voice to set alarms and timers, and personalize your wake-up and wind-down routines to suit your preferences. SECOND BEDROOM: The second bedroom is ideal for other members of your travel party, featuring a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens and a wall-mounted smart Samsung 43-inch TV. For added convenience, a luggage rack, closet with hangers, and a three-drawer dresser are provided. An Echo Show device is also provided, which can be used as an alarm clock or used to search the internet. THIRD BEDROOM: The modern third bedroom features a queen bed with a plush foam mattress and cozy linens. Enhance the ambiance with room-darkening shades and curtains. Enjoy a bedtime story with task floor lighting, perfect for reading. Additionally, a wall-mounted 42-inch Samsung television with a Roku device is provided. Make use of the available Echo Show device, which can serve as a clock, or stream music, get the latest news headlines. LAUNDRY: The property includes an on-site laundry area featuring a stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs. An oversized ironing board and iron are available for your convenience. Guests are provided with a starter pack of laundry detergents. Additionally, essential cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, a duster, bucket, and vacuum are provided for your use. PATIO: (Open May - September) Step into the fenced backyard, where relaxation awaits after a day's work. Enjoy outdoor meal preparation with the Blackstone 28 XL griddle and provided BBQ utensils. Take a break from the city's hustle and bustle as you relax on the wicker patio furniture set. BASEMENT: A EZ Breathe ventilation system is installed in the basement. The system improves the air quality within the household by circulating the air ridding it of excess moisture, mold spores, and other pollutants. SECURITY: The property is equipped with a Vivint security system, that includes a doorbell camera and exterior cameras. Additionally, an iron security door is installed on the back door for enhanced security measures. There are no internal cameras.
