Authentic farmhouse in the countryside and quiet - Perche

Enjoy a refreshing stay in a green and very quiet setting 2 steps from the center of the village for walking access to the basic trade. The accommodation is located in the extension (right side) of my main residence in a typical Perche longhouse. The advantages: calm, countryside, pond, 2 terraces, one of which is shaded and faces the natural surroundings and the pond. On request, a baby chair, baby bed and bathtub are available. The space Accommodation in an old renovated farmhouse. Entrance through the kitchen with dining area (extendable table for 6 with extra stool) Very cozy living room with old elements (stone, wood, brick) which gives it all its charm and direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, toilet with hand basin, bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms. Bed linen and towels provided. Other things to note Warning!!! The land is not completely enclosed and has a pond so you are responsible if you come with children. Thank you
