Other things to note • This is a quiet, well-maintained home in a residential neighborhood; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • No smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any substances) anywhere on the property • Registered guests only; no parties or events • The suite is a private guest space within our home, with a separate entrance • No full kitchen or stove (fridge, microwave, and coffee station provided) • Please treat the space with care and let us know right away if anything needs attention
