Contemporary villa with pool

We rent our beautiful family villa, built in Gard stones, to you for the holidays. Our house is bright, facing south. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool from June to September. Please take care of it! Located in a small quiet village, 5 minutes from Pézenas, 15 minutes from the sea and Cap d'Agde, 15 minutes from Béziers airport, 35 minutes from Montpellier, 25 minutes from Narbonne. The space Our house includes: A large living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen (except microwave) TV, wifi... and a piano for musicians. Wood-burning stove (main heating), electric radiators in the bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) + shower and sink 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds (90 X 200) 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and shutters for each bedroom A washing machine is at your disposal, bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, a large terrace with umbrella, a flower garden, a vegetable garden, a barbecue, and the 10 x 4 m swimming pool (protected and secured only in winter by a shelter) The children (and adults) accompanying you MUST ALL know how to swim! Private parking, electric gate When you arrive the house will be perfectly clean and tidy. We expect you to leave it in the same condition when you check out. A peaceful place to share!
