The Property: Casa Colibri, the main home on the property located on front of La Chuparosa, shares access to an iron gate adorned with the Zia symbol. La Chuparosa has a private back patio that leads into a shared courtyard. Please be mindful of other guests. Because of the natural surroundings, occasional insects can sometimes make their way inside, especially during warmer months, despite regular professional pest control treatments and preventative maintenance. We proactively maintain consistent pest control service to help minimize this as much as possible, but due to the environment surrounding the home, occasional sightings may still occur.
