Welcome to our cozy cottage at the 17th lock, Dalsland Canal! Here, the whole family can relax in scenic surroundings. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and offers all the amenities you need: a fully equipped kitchen for home dinners, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine for longer stays. Wake up to birdsong, explore the canal by boat or kayak, and end the day with a barbecue by the water. Perfect for a relaxing vacation! The space The kitchen is small but well-planned with modern appliances, including a stove with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave, making it easy to cook anything from quick meals to more advanced dishes. A dishwasher makes it easier to clean up after the food. The cottage has two place-built bunk beds, perfect for the family. Each bed has its own drape that can be drawn, making for a secluded and cozy sleeping area. It allows you to sleep undisturbed and in peace and quiet, even if you are several people sharing rooms. Our newly renovated, modern bathroom offers both style and comfort. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine which facilitates longer stays. Perfect to feel at home even on vacation! 200 meters to a small sandy beach and swimming jetty. Guest access Guests have the freedom to move around the lock house and explore the beautiful surroundings. Walk along the canal, enjoy the scenic views and experience the peaceful atmosphere. It is a perfect place for relaxation and adventure for the whole family. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included. You can choose to rent sheets and towels. We then charge a fee of SEK 200 per person. Unfortunately, because we have allergy problems in the family, fur animals are not allowed. We ask that our guests clean the place themselves before departing.
