Wellness oasis by the lake: country house with sauna & hot tub

Country house "Havelauszeit" - Relax in this unique place. Sauna & hot tub are included in the price. The house is located not far from the Havel River, about 6 to 15 minutes' walk away, where you can end the evenings on the water or on a hidden jetty in the reeds. Of course, you can also rent our stand-up paddle or explore the beautiful landscape around the Havel. The space Our house has been lovingly renovated and modernized. The vacation home is located opposite our house and on this side there is also the sauna and the hot tub. If you want to use this, please arrange this with us beforehand. The vacation home is located in the beautiful Havelland, crossed by beautiful bike paths as well as the Havel and the lake in the immediate vicinity. You can use the house in full privacy for yourself There is a small terrace on the vacation home property. The barn next to the house is still a construction site. Of course, there is no construction on rental days. Our farm is somewhat mixed up from the outside due to the tree dimensions. See photos. 5 to 10 minutes' walk away is the Havel and the lake, where there are small beaches and some beautiful jetties hidden in the reeds to end the evening. Relax in the sauna (which must be heated with wood about 1 hour beforehand) and in the bathtub (not heated). The use of the sauna/hot tub must be discussed with us beforehand. The sauna/hot tub are located on the side of our house & garden, which is separated by a privacy screen, so you can enjoy full privacy. Please note that this area is our private area and requires prior arrangement. Since wood consumption should be kept within limits, we hope you understand that we have set the daily use of the sauna/bathtub to 3 hours a day. Guest access You can enjoy the house and terrace at the house in privacy. For the rest of the garden, sauna, and bathtub, this must be agreed with us beforehand. Other things to note No pets allowed. For safety reasons regarding children, we would like to point out the stone stairs between the living room and kitchen, as well as the steep stairs in the living room. The steps of the stairs are very short and slippery. The vacation home is located in a residential area so parties are not allowed.
