This is a gorgeous 1910 home that I’ve taken great care with designing. I didn’t want to make a run-of-the-mill airbnb but something really eclectic and different for people to really feel like they are staying in a boutique hotel! I constantly ad, update and change things in the house while keeping it functional as a relaxing place to stay that is extremely local to everything in nashville! The space Location: “weho” wedgewood houston -directly behind “babu” the coolest coffee shop in town -1 mile from broadway (I recommend uber because it’s less than $10 and takes 3 mins) -walking distance to pastis, soho house, dicey’s pizza, iggy’s, and anything else in Wedgewood Houston Parking: I can fit up to 4 cars behind the house in a fenced area with a concrete slab. It’s much easier to fit 2 or 3. Parking is found from the alley behind the house. House layout: The master bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom and walking closet (as well as 20ft ceilings) The two other bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings and are connected by a bathroom with twin vanity sinks and a shower. (There are closets with doors that also separate these bedrooms from the shared bathroom for a greater sense of privacy) The kitchen and living room are in a connected open area with 115 year old brick fire places that stand near a dining nook, and an additional half bath. All the bedrooms have their own TV. Kitchen: I keep the kitchen pretty well outfitted compared to most Airbnbs. If you are on a longer stay and will need something in particular, let me know and I can accommodate within reason. Back patio: I’ve got a great back patio with comfortable furniture for when the weather permits. I eventually plan on adding an extra TV though there is already one in every bedroom.
