Family oasis in old Ocean Grove

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home away from home. Just 3 minutes drive from the stunning Ocean Grove main beach or a short 10 min walk to the main street which is bursting with coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The area has several parks within walking distance for the kids and all major supermarkets in close proximity. With a purposeful nod to the environment this space has been created using pre loved furniture, everything from the bathroom tiles to the bed frames. The space This property was our home before we moved back to the UK so it has all the extra things you want and need for a family holiday. It has been newly refurbished. The property boasts an extremely large open plan kitchen, dining space and lounge area. The breakfast bar and dining table mean there are two inside eating areas. There is a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, rice cooker and food processor plus lots of other kitchen equipment. The living area has a sofa bed and bedding can be supplied if this is going to be used. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite with toilet, fitted sink and shower. It has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has single bunk beds, perfect for children. It has a fitted wardrobe where you’ll will find a good selection of toys and books. There is a bed guard for the bottom bunk and a travel cot should you need them. The third bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a queen size bed. The family bathroom is compact and has a shower over the bath, hanging vanity and large mirror with extra shelving and an area for dirty laundry to go. The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer. We ask that the dryer only be used if absolutely necessary. There is a separate toilet off the laundry. The deck is accessible via the living space sliding doors and the laundry. It’s an amazing entertaining space, has a BBQ and outside lighting too. There is a large garden with a washing line and a cubby house. There is also a fire pit for use in the evenings. There is a dedicated office to the rear of the house accessible via a separate path outside. (Photos to come) The property has WIFI which can be used in all areas of the house. There is no carbon monoxide alarm as the property has no gas. There is a split system in the kitchen which provides adequate heating and cooling to the main living areas. Guest access As a guest you can access all areas of the property. There is one locked cupboard inside which isn't accessible to guests.
