Please note that we have a family member who is allergic to pets and hence we have a very strict NO Pet Policy. Brining a pet on the property would mean that we have to get the entire house deep cleaned (including air ducts due to pet hair) and disinfected and hence a there is a fine of $500 for brining in pets. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation. 2. IMPORTANT: Dear Guests, Please turn OFF the ACs, and any space heaters when checking out or leaving the house for the day.
