Public Transportation (including the Cable Car) is constant and takes you to all parts of La Paz and El Alto. It is located near the city's Hospital complex, the UMSA School of Medicine and Postgraduate School, and the H. Siles Stadium. Guest access Check-in is simple: we use a lockbox, a small safe, located on the street door. I'll give you a unique code so you can get the keys comfortably when you arrive. After entering through the street door, there is a staircase leading to a common hallway. This space is shared with others, but it is always kept quiet and tidy. You'll find the entrance to your apartment through this hallway. I've tried to make the apartment as cozy as possible. It's not a five-star hotel, but it has everything you need to feel comfortable and at peace. The rooms are simple, but I hope you find them a quiet place to rest and recharge after exploring the city. My goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable here. We ask you to keep the current settings so that everyone can enjoy. Rest Hours: Please respect the sleep hours of other guests to maintain a quiet environment. Bathroom: Avoid flushing toilet paper or sanitary products down the toilet to prevent blockages. No Smoking: For everyone's well-being, we ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. Pets: Although we love animals, our space is not suitable for pets. Heating Equipment: For safety reasons, please do not use stoves or electric heaters. Parties and gatherings: Let's keep the place quiet by avoiding parties or large gatherings. Visitors: Only people included in the reservation should stay overnight in the apartment. Showers: Please do not change the shower settings. Gas Safety: Remember to close the gas bottles at night. In Case of Incidents: If something is not working or is damaged, please let me know so I can resolve it quickly. Trash: Please take the trash to the appropriate container. Alcohol: We prefer that you avoid drinking alcohol in the apartment to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
