The SECReT MARAiS strikes a perfect balance between style and functionality, offering an ideal location day and night to embrace the vibrant energy of the city. It is the ideal place for couples, friends and business travelers. The space The "Secret Marais" flat is a calm, luminous and spacious apartment of 39m2, located in the heart of one one the most popular and iconic neighborhoods in Paris, the Marais. > Step in and experience the best of comfort and relaxation in this calm and inviting living area, including: - A cozy lounge area on the right hand side with a large comfortable couch (convertible sofa bed, 140*190), a coffee table, an HD 42" TV equipped with over 300 channels and even a decorative fireplace. There are also two large wardrobes, giving you lots of storage space for your clothes and other personal belongings. For the warmer days, there is a portable fan available as well. In the living area, on your left hand side when entering the apartment, you will find a spacious dining area for up to 6 persons with a comfortable table where you can enjoy delicious meals together. - Facing the lounge area you will find a practical and spacious separate kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, like a dishwasher, an oven, a modern microwave, a Nespresso coffeemaker, a filter coffee maker, a stove with an integrated hob, a fridge and a freezer and a water kettle. The kitchen also includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. For added convenience, you'll find a washing machine with dryer below the counter in the kitchen. The kitchen also offers a two seat table and chairs for your smaller meals. - Connected to the lounge area, next to the large dining table, you will find the master bedroom which is separated from the living area , offering a serene environment to relax after a day of exploring Paris: The room includes a double bed (160*200), generous storage space for your personal items as well as a screen for you to connect to your laptop to work or to watch your favorite show. > The bedroom also features a dedicated workspace, including a built-in desk and a chair ideal for those who need to work remotely during their stay. > On the left hand side of the entrance area, a bright and modern bathroom awaits you, featuring a large bathtub, a toilet, and a shelf, offering space to store your belongings. There is also a hairdryer at your disposal. Guest access The flat is fully yours during your stay. Health issues are at the center of our priority, we have taken additional measures to clean and disinfect the apartment before your arrival. MOBILITY LEASE REQUIREMENT Rentals in Paris with a duration of more than one month are subject to the signing of a mobility lease (bail mobilité), in accordance with French regulations (applicable in cases of studies, professional training, internship, professional transfer, temporary professional assignment...).
